This LINKIN PARK Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is effective from and after the date shown above, and describes how Linkin Park, LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us,”), whether operating directly or through one of our partners, collects, uses, shares and otherwise processes information collected about you when you use our platform as further described in the “How We Use The Information We Collect About You” section below, and any website or location offered by us that directly links to this Privacy Policy (herein referred to as the “Service”).

- The Information We Collect About You. The Company collects personally identifiable information from you when you use the Service. This information is collected and stored electronically by us. You may choose to voluntarily provide other information to us that we do not request; in such situations we have no control over what categories of personal information such disclosure may include. Any additional information provided by you to us is provided at your own risk.
- Information Collected Automatically. When you use the Service, we will automatically process limited information. The information we may have collected automatically over the twelve (12) months for our business purposes include the following:
- Service Data including data about features you use, pages you visit, emails and advertisements you view, products and services you view and purchase, the time of day you browse, and your referring and exiting pages.
- Device Data including data about the type of device or browser you use, your device’s operating software, your internet service provider, your device’s regional and language settings, and device identifiers such as IP address.
- Log Files which are files that record events that occur in connection with your use of the Service.

- Third Parties Providing Services On Our Behalf. In order to make various features, services and materials available to you through the Service, host the Service, process payments, and respond to your requests and inquiries, we may share your information you provide with third parties that perform functions on our behalf.

- Your Rights And Choices
- Accounts. You may access, update, or remove certain information that you have provided to us through your account by visiting such account’s settings or sending an email to the email address set out in the “Contact Us” section below. We may require additional information from you to allow us to confirm your identity. Please note that we will retain and use information about you as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Communications. You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the removal instructions in the specific communication that you receive, or emailing us at the email address provided the section entitled “Contact Us” below with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject field of the email. Note that your opt-out is limited to the email address used.
- Cookies and other Tracking Technologies. Consider the following with respect to cookies and other tracking technologies:
- Cookies. Most browsers accept cookies by default. By changing your browser settings, you can instruct your browser to decline or delete cookies. If you use multiple browsers on your device, you will need to instruct each browser separately. Your ability to limit cookies is subject to your browser settings and limitations.
- Do Not Track. Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to online services you visit. We will not be responsible for loss, corruption or unauthorized acquisition or misuse of information that you provide or that we collect through the Service that is stored by us or our service providers, or for any damages resulting from such loss, corruption or unauthorized acquisition or misuse.
- Children’s Privacy. The Service is not directed towards, nor was it designed to attract the attention of any children, and we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal data from any person under the age of thirteen.
- Changes To This Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to revise and reissue this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our Service indicates your consent to the Privacy Policy then posted. - Right to Opt-Out of the Sale or Sharing of Your Personal Information. You have a right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (as those terms are defined in the CCPA).
- Right to Non-Discrimination. You have a right to exercise the above rights without being discriminated against.

We may require specific information from you to help us verify your identity and process your request. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may deny your requests to know or delete.
- Notice of Sale and Sharing. We do not sell or share (as those terms are defined in the CCPA) your personal information that is collected by us when you use our Service.
- Authorized Agent. You can designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. However, we will require written proof of the agent’s permission to do so and verify your identity directly.
- Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of any of your rights.
- Additional Disclosures For People In Europe
- Roles And Data Controller’s Contact Details. GDPR and data protection laws in Europe distinguish between organizations that process personal data for their own purposes (known as “controllers”) and organizations that process personal data on behalf of other organizations (known as “processors”).

- Lawful Basis For Processing. GDPR and data protection laws in Europe require a “lawful basis” for processing personal data. Our lawful bases include the following:
- To fulfill obligations in the contract between you and the Company. To use our Service, you and the Company entered into an agreement under the Company’s Terms of Use, and for the Company to fulfill its obligations with respect to providing the Service under such agreement, we have to collect your personal information to provide the necessary functionality as further described above entitled “The Information We Collect About You”.
- To pursue our legitimate interests. We rely on legitimate interests pursued by us to process your information, including understanding how our Service is functioning, improving our Service, developing new products and preventing fraud. To pursue the foregoing, we will process personal information. Where we rely on legitimate interest, we carry out a balancing test to weigh our interests against your right to personal data protection, our processing will never override your fundamental rights and freedoms, and you can always exercise your right to object to such processing.
- Consent. In certain situations where you provide us with consent, we may process your information.

To the extent we have received such information from third parties where we have agreed to contractual requirements such as standard contractual clauses, we will use our reasonable efforts to dispute making such disclosures unless legally required to do so.
- Retention Of Information. Once the purpose of processing is fulfilled, we retain personal data for no longer than the applicable statutory limitation period. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements. We will delete or anonymize personal data once the applicable retention period has expired. Data Transfer
If GDPR applies and your data is transferred outside UK or the EEA to the United States or any other country, we will transfer your personal data subject to appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision by the European Commission based on article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, or Standard Contractual Clauses as provided from time to time by the European Commission. - Your Data Subject Rights. If you are a data subject according to the GDPR, subject to certain conditions you have the right to:

- where applicable, withdraw your consent at any time for any data processing.
How to Exercise Your Rights. You may exercise your rights by submitting a written request to us at the email address set out in Section 10 above entitled “Contact Us”. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days. We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and process your request. Applicable law may require or permit us to decline your request. If we decline your request, we will tell you why, subject to legal restrictions.
- Complaints. If you have a complaint about our use of your personal data or response to your requests regarding your personal data, you may submit a complaint to the Data Protection Supervisory Authority in your jurisdiction. We would, however, appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns before you approach a data protection regulator, and would welcome you directing an inquiry first to us.
